Freight Shipping Info

 

Truck freight/ LTL shipments differ from standard shipments in a few ways:
 

  1. Since your merchandise will be shipping alongside other large items – we ask that you inspect your order for any damage before signing for it. In the case that you receive a damaged product; simply write "RECEIVED DAMAGED – REFUSED SHIPMENT" on the shipping receipt and DO NOT accept the order. Once refused, please call us directly so we can have a replacement sent right away, at no additional cost.

     
  2. Most freight companies will call in advance to set up an appointment for orders being delivered to a private residence. When placing your order please provide a daytime phone number that you can be easily reached at. This will allow quick and efficient delivery.
     

Please Note:

ToolHoo will not be able to file a claim with the shipping company if products are signed for without being inspected and are later found to be damaged. Please inspect all products and refuse damaged items.
