What Can I Return?

 

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 07 days of delivery. Items must be in new  

condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw or defect pictures may be necessary to complete your request.

 

The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories. The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include Items Marked "Non-Returnable."  

(clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)


Note: It is important to indicate the order number and return tracking number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return. If your returned item does not


meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for a refund. If your return request has been rejected, the item will be delivered back to you between 4-6 days. Item will be   

sent to scrap after three (3) failed delivery attempts and no refund will be given.

 

 

What Are My Shipping Fees?

 


For orders delivered within the Pakistan where reason for return isn't a result of a Vendor error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping  

label(s) will be provided. Freight, international & Pakistan returns are accepted, however coordination of return shipping is the responsibility of the client. In the event an error is made by 

ToolMaster, a return shipping label will be provided.
